Only six voting days left in the Dundee Sports Awards Volunteer of the Year category of which our club President Micky McPherson is on the shortlist. Over the next three days, we will try to convey why we think you should take the time to vote for him.
We feel that a vote for Micky is also a vote for the club; a club which we hope you enjoy and feel a part of. A club like no other which put your kid front and centre, for their development.
Micky puts tremendous effort and an incredible amount of time into making sure that every member of the club has the best possible opportunity to grow and develop. Since starting the club in 2014, he has held every position within the hierarchy as the club has grown to where we are today. He has gone over and above to put in a lot of his free time over the years and continues to do so.
He is currently our Club President, 2006's coach, Fun Fours co-ordinator, Sporting Sprogs head coach and all whilst bringing up his own family of small Sporting Sprogs!
