There is some responsibility that comes with being the clubs leader with regards to helping and making sure the teams have enough coach cover and Micky has had to aid a number of teams to make sure we have the correct coach to kids ratio. If you ask Micky why he puts in as much as he does, he'll tell you, "there's so much satisfaction seeing a child starting their football career and developing into a player. From starting with not been able to time kicking the ball to been able to whack it in the goal and celebrate."
